House Sitting or Home Watch

Whether you are at work or on holiday or just called away unexpectedly, relax in the knowledge that someone is taking care of things in your absence.

Our service includes any of the following and much more:

Daily visits to your home or to suit your own requirements.
Feeding your pets.
Letting dogs out/or walking them.
Running errands.
Putting refuse out for collection.
Collecting and forwarding the post.
Watering the plants (inside or out).
Liaising with tradesmen.
Accepting deliveries. (If you can't be in to accept a delivery, we can arrange to be there on your behalf.)
Re-stocking your fridge on your return. (You pay for the shopping.)
Key holding.

We will follow a pre-arranged course of action in case of an emergency during your absence from home.

We would be very happy to help with your own requirements and can tailor-make a package that suits you, long or short term.

HOUSE SITTING

Charges based on individual requirements.

HOME WATCH

Payment terms charged weekly

Ł10 per visit
or single dog walk (30 minutes)

Ł12 for two dogs walk (30 minutes)
subject to size

Ł15 per visit with a fridge re-stock.
You pay for the food shop + mileage after 5 miles from your home.
Mileage 40p per mile

Accepting deliveries:	Ł10 for the first hour
	Ł8.50 an hour for subsequent hours

For properties outside a 10 mile radius of Shrewsbury, mileage is charged at 45p a mile.
