Looking for a new property in Shropshire?

We can help you find your dream home, when you haven't enough hours in the day to spend viewing properties that turn out to be unsuitable. Let us do all the hard work and present you with a short list of possible properties.

Our service includes the following:

Client consultation to establish your requirements and take a detailed brief.
Sourcing properties from Estate Agents, searching websites, newspapers and our own local knowledge. We then personally view the properties on your behalf in order to produce a short list.
Short listed properties discussed with client.
Second viewings of short listed properties take place with the client.
Assistance with property negotiation.

Initial consultation - free of charge

Retainer - Ł450 (non refundable)

This covers researching and sourcing the properties that we feel match the client's requirements. We then personally view all these properties in order to produce a short list. The short listed properties are then discussed with the client.

Thereafter, each property viewed with the client is charged at Ł30, payable at the time of the viewings.

Property negotiation and any other services are charged at Ł25 per hour, invoiced separately on a 14 day invoice.

If no properties are found to be suitable a further deposit of Ł375 (non- refundable) would be required to begin a new search.
