Delivery
United Kingdom - Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. We are a small independent business that makes every item by hand. Occasionally during busy periods it may take us a little longer to get your order dispatched.
Standard UK Delivery - please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. All deliveries are 48hr tracked and delivered by Royal Mail. (Please allow a little longer during seasonal periods)
Next Day Delivery UK - for orders placed before 12pm, you can expect your order to be delivered the next working day (99% of the time). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Next day deliveries are 24 tracked and delivered by Royal Mail.
Guernsey, Ireland and Northern Ireland - All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive after despatch.

Returns

As a small independent business that handcrafts everything in small batches, variations in color and scent between products are normal. Your understanding is appreciated.
Unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping). Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed after receiving the returned item.
Please ensure to provide the purchase receipt with the returned item.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.
